I'm Stephanie, a board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with training and experience in treating adolescent and adult patients with a spectrum of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, mood, trauma, schizophrenia, and obsessive-compulsive related disorders.

Talking about mental health can be hard. I founded Aspire Mental Health, LLC to offer a safe, comfortable space to provide integrative
and evidence-based care to individuals in Indiana County and the surrounding areas. My focus is to assist individuals achieve and maintain optimal health.

My physician collaborator is Dr. Idrees Mohiuddin.

Session Info
Psychiatric services include an initial psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and integrative interventions of patients ages 14 years and older.
INITIAL PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION

Comprehensive evaluation of current symptoms, medical history, past treatments, family history, lifestyle, dietary habits, and environmental factors.
FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS

30 minutes

Discuss and review medication, nutritional supplementation, and lab evaluation.
INTEGRATIVE INTERVENTIONS

Identify nutritional and environmental factors essential for optimal mental health and explore ways to correct deficiencies.

Integrate non-pharmaceutical strategies with conventional therapies and pharmaceuticals.

Incorporated in each visit.
TELEPSYCHIATRY

I use Tebra, a secure HIPPA platform to offer virtual appointments. I recommend all initial psychiatric evaluations be in person.
GENESIGHT
®
​GeneSight Psychotropic is a pharmacogenomic test which means that it analyzes how your genes may affect medication outcomes. The GeneSight test analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. Results can inform your provider about how you may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions.
If your needs would best be served elsewhere, a referral to the appropriate level of care will be suggested.
